Navymov LLC develops the Vertical Elliptical Trainer™ Model LB007 — a refined home fitness machine designed for modern living.
We are engineers and manufacturing professionals passionate about creating serious fitness equipment for home use. By pursuing performance, quality, and thoughtful industrial design, we aim to make home fitness feel more elegant, engaging, and meaningful.
Although newly registered in Minnesota, Navymov LLC is built on a well established operation foundation. We have the needed infrastructure, supply chain system, capability and experiences to effectively and efficiently manage the busines, and deliver promissed products and services to consumers, with extended return policy and product warranty.
Jay Tang, founder of Navymov, brings a wealth of extensive experience in mechanical engineering and manufacturing.
Jay has a proven track record of building his other brand, Vibration Therapeutic®, from the ground up into a premium brand of high-quality vibration plate exercise machines.
Lin Bo, founder of Zhejiang Jintuo Machinery & Electrical Manufacturing Ltd, developed his engineering and manufacturing expertise while growing the company from a small machine shop into a mid-sized fitness equipment manufacturer.
Lin Bo and his engineering team initiated the two-stage transmission concept used in the LB007. Jay Tang later joined the engineering development process to further refine the machine’s biomechanics, constrution and testing standard.
LB007 Launch
The first production of 160 units of LB007 was finished and shipped to our Minnesota warehouse to test the market. However, in the initial test, we found a couple of unit has the crank wheel belt run off the pully. We identifed it was a design flaw: a tolerance control was overlooked and may cause a belt to run off a pully. We decided return the entire batch back to the factory. In the meantime, we have started to manfuacture the another batch of 200 units with the design flaw corrected and other improvement.
This incident delayed our official business launch of the LB007. Now the launch is schedule in August, 2026.
Home fitness machines are inherently compromised by their home-setting constraints on size and weight. Manfuacturers usually compromize the construction, performance and movement range of their products. Often times, home fitness machines are arbitraraly desiged (as long as it spins), cheaply built and fail in a short period of time.
Traditional elliptical machines adopt a large flywheel to store kinetic enengy in order to provide a smooth and low impact resistence. We found that we can rotate a smaller flywheel in higher speed to acheive the needed kinetic energy. A 2-stage transmitsion is the solution.
This is an opportunity for us to make a difference. Bringing a new kind of elliptical machines with optimized kinetics and an improved biomechanics.
