Zhejiang Jintuo Mechanical & Electrical Manufacturing Company Limited is a leading OEM specializing in manufacturing home-gym fitness equipment for private labels in the global market.
Each year, Jintuo manufactures and ships over 300,000 units of various fitness equipment internationally from its 50,000 sqm manufacturing complex located in Yongkang, Zhejiang, China, with core product lines including spin bikes, elliptical machines and vibratin plates.
Jintuo serves as the OEM partner for the Navymov Vertical Elliptical Trainer LB007, as well as the the well known VT007 vibration plates, supporting both products with scalable manufacturing, quality control, and long-term production stability.
Jintuo's 50,000 sqm Manufacturing ComplexEstablished in 1984, Jintuo originated from a sheet metal fabrication and welding shop. The owners, brothers Lin Wei and Lin Bo, took over the business from their father and transformed the machine shop to a medium-size fitness OEM factory.
The Lin brothers have successfully built up this business through their strong hands-on workmanship background and entrepreneur spirits.
Jintuo has established vertically integrated manufacturing processes, well equipped with lines of CNC machining, laser cutting, robot welding, mold injection, power coating and testing labs. The majority of production processes are in-house to assure the product quality and consistency.
Today, Jintuo has over 800 employees, all working in its well equipped 50,000 sqm factory complex.
Jintuo is ISO9001:2000 certified for quality system, and ISO14001:2004 certified for management system.
Other certificates achieved including TUV, SGS, CE, GB17498.6-2008, CQC, and CCC etc.
