Vertical Elliptical Training Framework
The LB007 Vertical Elliptical Trainer is designed to support a full spectrum of exercise intensities within a compact system. By combining vertical motion mechanics with a wide resistance range, it enables users to perform cardio exercise, high-intensity interval training (HIIT), and resistance-focused workouts on a single machine.
12x4 Inches Elliptical Movement Range
| Equipment | Movement Charactor | Vertical Range | Resistance Level | Applications |
| Stepping Machine | 5 - 8 inches | Low | Cardio | |
| Climbing Machine | movement? | 10 - 18? inches | High | Resistance |
| LB007 | Vertical Elliptical | 12 inches | Low to High | Cardio, HIIT, Restance |
Compared with two major types of vertical movement machines, stepping machines and climbing machine
This training framework organizes these three exercise modes based on resistance level and workout duration, allowing users to apply a structured and efficient approach to daily training.
Training Categories
Cardio Exercise
20–30 minutes on Level 1–3
At lower resistance levels, the LB007 is suitable for sustained, rhythmic movement. This range supports steady-state cardio exercise, where the focus is on maintaining a consistent pace over a longer duration.
The vertical motion path encourages continuous lower-body engagement while keeping the movement smooth and controlled. This makes it suitable for improving cardiovascular endurance, promoting circulation, and supporting daily activity levels.
HIIT
10–20 minutes on Level 4–6
At moderate resistance levels, the LB007 supports high-intensity interval training, where periods of fast, high-effort movement are alternated with short recovery phases.
In this range, the machine provides enough resistance to elevate heart rate quickly while still allowing rapid cadence changes. The vertical stepping motion naturally increases muscular engagement, making each interval more efficient.
Resistance Training
5–10 minutes on Level 7–8
At higher resistance levels, the LB007 shifts from primarily cardiovascular exercise to resistance-focused training. Movement becomes slower and more force-driven, emphasizing muscle contraction over speed.
This mode targets strength development in the lower body, including the quadriceps, glutes, and calves. Due to the higher intensity, sessions in this range are typically shorter and focus on controlled, deliberate movement.
Integrated Training Approach
These three training modes are not isolated. They form a continuum of intensity that can be combined within a single workout or rotated across different training days.
- Longer cardio sessions for endurance and recovery
- HIIT sessions for efficient cardiovascular challenge
- Short resistance sessions for strength and muscle activation
This structured approach allows users to adapt their training based on time availability, fitness level, and specific goals, while fully utilizing the mechanical capabilities of the LB007.
Engineering Perspective
The effectiveness of this framework is closely tied to the mechanical design of the LB007. Its vertical motion pattern increases load per step compared with conventional elliptical motion, while its transmission system supports smooth movement across different resistance levels.
This combination allows the machine to remain stable and responsive under both high-speed cardio use and high-force resistance use, enabling a wide functional range within a compact design.
