Our Innovative Approach
While most elliptical machines on the market rely on a large flywheel and a single-stage transmission, Lin Bo chose a different approach. He adopted a much smaller flywheel combined with a two-stage transmission, using a high transmission ratio to achieve the required inertial resistance while keeping the machine body compact.
Moreover, making the machine foldable is essential for a true portability. A foldable design simplifies installation and minimizes teh risk of assembly errors that could otherwise damage the machine.
Combining these two ideas— two-stage transmission and foldabiity—significantly increased the engineering requirements, particularly in achieving sufficient structure strength and overall stability.
It took 18 months and many rounds of prototyping and testing to refine the structure, construction and material selection.
At the later phase of the product development, Jay joined the engineering team and helped identity the critical week links, optimize the mechanical design, and further enhance the user experience.
ASTM-Based Test Standard
In the development process, Jay developed a comprehensive testing standard based on ASTM F2810 to ensure the integrity required to support a 10-year product warranty.
Many off-brand home fitness machines from China do not have reliable or consistent testing standards. Designs are often rushed, copied from competitors, and built simply to “spin.” Maximum user weight is frequently advertised without any validated testing methodology, making those numbers arbitrary and misleading.
As a result, many of these home fitness machines fail prematurely, left the customer with a metal and plastic junk at home.

Why we choose the translucent design
of LB007 was inspired by the iMac G3. This design raises the requirements for materials, engineering, and workmanship.
We chose to embrace this challenge — not only to uphold a higher quality standard, but also to create a deeper connection with our customers, through a distinctive design style and shared value.

The model name LB007 bears the name of its chief designer—Lin Bo, signifying the personal care taken by Lin Bo and his engineering team in the development and manufacturing of this high-end Vertical Elliptical Trainer™.
10-Year Product Warranty
At Navymov, we believe an extended warranty is essential for high-end home fitness machines. We back this belief with a straightforward 10-year warranty and build the committment into our products and services.
Some sellers of fitness equipment advertise 10-year warranties that apply only to frames or structural parts, or exclude labor and shipping. These terms offer little meaningful protection to customers.
